Mr. Fishkin is a graduate of Yale Law School and received a Doctor of Philosophy in Politics from the University of Oxford. He is currently the Oscar M. Ruebhausen Fellow in Law at Yale Law School .Mr. Fishkin is interested in teaching labor and employment law, election law, health law & bioethics, education law, constitutional law, tax policy and local government law. Mr. Fishkin's current research focus is voting rights, equal protection and disparate impact law.
