Mr. Gadinis is currently a post-graduate fellow at Harvard Law teaching Securities Regulation. His research crosses the areas of corporate law, securities regulation and international business law. His work analyzes corporate and financial regulation from a political economy perspective. He received an LLM from Harvard and from the University of Cambridge. His first degree in law was from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece.
Please review Mr. Gadinis' attached resume and come to the session prepared to participate in a discussion of his scholarship, his commitment to student mentorship, and any other questions you may have for a Boalt faculty candidate.
