Upcoming CDO events worth your time

BHSA wanted to spread the word about two CDO events that you might find even more beneficial than usual.

1. There is a small firm employer reception TODAY, Wednesday, March 3 at 5:30pm in Goldberg. Employers will be here on campus from small "top-quality" firms. Seems like a great opportunity to make connections, and CDO is pitching it as particularly helpful to 3Ls. List of firms that will be attending here; event details here. Attire is business casual.

2. Next Thursday, March 11 author Ari Kaplan will present a lunchtime talk on "Standing Out and Creating Job Opportunities in a Stagnant Economy." Sounds useful, and CDO will be serving lunch at this event. To attend, RSVP to Marsha at mrabkin@law.berkeley.edu. Room 100 at 12:45pm. Details here.
